Recommended Dosage
Take 1 pack within 15–30 minutes after training.
For faster results, take 2 packs per day – one before and one after training.
If you also use a post-training drink, take Animal Nitro first, and only after 30–45 minutes consume the drink.
For maximum effect, it is recommended to take on an empty stomach, washed down with 200 ml of water.
