Dosage
Take 1 pack per day (8 tablets/capsules):
- On training days: 30–45 minutes before training
- On non-training days: between meals
A 3-week cycle (21 days) is recommended, followed by 1 week of rest.
The stimulant complex is contained in the red capsule – it can be omitted if necessary.
